Ann is a sound Legal Practitioner with over 5 years experience. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Association of Professional Mediators and Negotiators of Nigeria. She obtained her LLB from Madonna University Okija and BL from Nigeria Law School Abuja, Nigeria.

She is well experienced in Preparation, Review and Negotiation of Contracts and agreements, Legal drafting, analysis and assessment of legal risks, advise on pre-litigation phases and liaise with external counsel as appropriate in any litigation/arbitration case and settlement process.

Project Engineer & Business Development Officer

He is a resourceful and dynamic Engineer with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from FUTO. He has knowledge and experience in Subsea and Pipeline Engineering, field development activities in onshore and offshore projects in the Oil and Gas and Energy industries, Power plant construction with excellent networking and presentation skills.

Ada is a professional member of the Nigeria Institute of Management with over 7 years working experience in various sectors. She holds a B.Sc in Political Science, from Imo state university. Some of her core skills span across  effective communication, Customer Relations, Marketing and networking.
